I met Frances while working as a seasonal clerk at the County Tag Department in 1987, she was pleasant and always had a jolly laugh about her. To every thing there is a season and this was her season to physically depart from this earth; though sadden, we pray and hold fast to precious memories. Family our God is in control, he gives her sweet rest.

- Mrs. Sharon S. Stewart, Savannah, GA
